The series includes nine photographs of modified maps of Te Aro and Mount Cook, showing areas of commercial and residential use, traffic flows and new and widened streets. In 1944 a film was prepared by the City Engineers Department, to explain the proposed zoning and the housing of the Te Aro Flat area to interested parties. [00009:526:35/126/1] The zoning and re-housing was the result of the town planning scheme.
