The official bound volumes of the Minutes (Series 00166) do not include the order paper, list of correspondence, and only some of the Committee or official reports. These volumes are possibly from the Mayor's set of these papers: one item, 6 Nov 1902 Order pape,r is inscribed 'The Mayor' at the top. There are only three volumes extant.
