Up till August 1920 the reports appear in the letter books, Series 00321, v. 1 and v. 2. The reports are numbered consectively over all volumes and the first in this volume is No. 124. There are regular reports on contaminated milk and returns of licensed dairymen and dairies, etc., and also many other reports making recommendations and setting out options - on the site of the new plant, prices, licenses, treatment, inspection, breach of regulations, and the purchase of new machinery, equipment and supplies. The volume ends in July 1922 after the appointment of Herron as Manager, and about the same time as the letter books end.
