They are copies of the audited annual financial accounts of the Board. The earliest items, 1898-1901 are hand written, and are stamped and signed by the 'Controller and Auditor-General', with originals of his accompanying letters attached. The last letter refers to the 1902 accounts but these original accounts are not included.
