The bound printed reports from 1950 onwards have been removed from the files and place into this series. The copies on file for 1960 and 1961 were pasted onto blank paper; this was cut off to size. Reports for years 1965 and 1967 were produced but were missing from the file and no other copies have been located.. In 1971 production of a full published report was suspended due to financial constraints and it was printed irregularly after that.
