The content consisted of pages of events and activities prepared by the various Council divisions and stapled together. Eleven issues produced up until May 1993. At that point, it was decided that the Bulletin was no longer required in that format and that a summary of divisional highlights would be provided for inclusion in Capitalk. This was apparently driven by a strong response from staff and councillors to reduce the amount of paper.
