The accounts and balance sheets were sent to the Government Auditor for his approval; the approved copy was then published - see Series 00019. Dates on some spines differ from actual contents. No volume or papers found for 1942 accounts, though these accounts, etc. were published.

The sheets have occasional annotations and corrections; there is a cover letter attached from the Auditor and stamps re 'Audit Office': but in content and sequence they almost replicate the printed versions.
