This continued until the end of 2013-2016 triennium.

In the 2016-2019 and 2019-2022 trienniums, the minutes of both the Committee and Subcommittee meetings (not including the Public Excluded meetings) were not bound, they were left loose.

Starting in the 2022-2025 triennium, minutes were digitally signed and no longer existed as physical documents.

Note regarding mid-triennium changes to governance structure: Generally committees and subcommittees were established for a triennium, with some names continuing into new trienniums. At a council meeting on 13 May 2021 a review of the council governance structure was presented suggesting a change to several committees. These committees were changed during the 2019-2022 triennium:
