This set appears to be complete. The second are blue slips and arranged by subject (1 box). Only J-Z are held, A-I are missing. The third set are white slips and arranged by name (5 boxes). This set is probably incomplete as there are no cards for H-I, M and R-Z. The forth set are pink and for the Health Licence files (2 boxes). This set appears to be complete. There are also a handful of miscellaneous cards in the last box, these were found bundled together at the back of the Health Licence cards. The cards appear to have been actively added to at least till 1995. The cards record the file number, subject, first date and name of the person or company that relates to the file.
