The first item in the series is an alphabetical index of the files by subject, possibly created in the 1970s and updated to the 1980s. It also includes a list of Leases and Foreshore Licences listed by the name of the licence holder and cross-references to the relevant file. The date ranges of the files are not recorded. The second item in the series appears to have been created in the 1980s. It lists all files by number and does not record the date ranges of the files.
