These letters relate to low level or relatively minor matters such as staff asking for their pay to be directed to different accounts, notifications of accidents or the number of casual employees. In some cases, a received letter will have the reply attached. There is no relationship between these letters and the Chief Accountants Inwards Correspondence (held in series AC122). The correspondence is arranged in six distinct sequences: Sequence 1: 1934-1941 Sequence 2: 1941-1942 Sequence 3: 1942-1943 Sequence 4: 1943-1944 Sequence 5: 1944-1945 Sequence 6: 1946-1948 The first five sequences each have an index (alphabetical by name), that are separate items within this series.
