Record Identifier1Date Range1979DescriptionThese papers were originally in a ring binder, labelled 'Counter copy'. It is possible the binder was compiled to facilitate the searching of the objections and variations for the public. Also inserted extra copy (from file 277, 21/2/1), of a three page Council newspaper advertisement (EP 25 July 1980) setting out a summary / index of objections and submissions. The advertisement is arranged by Ordinance numbers, then by Objectives and Implementation topics as set out in the Scheme Statement, and then by planning map district - Thorndon, Central city, etc. The full title label is: Schedule of planning map issues: - DSR objections - Variations - Ministerial requirements - Appeals. The DSR objections section is arranged by Planning Map No. and is a sort of indexed listing roughly in order of objection number. It has brief entries for the street address or topic, the objection number, description of the objection, Council decision, and appeal reference and decision. The variation section has information in number order on most, but not all, variations, with maps and summaries of the relevant objections.MediumFile
