The company's head office remained in Wellington at 65-67 Taranaki Street until 1975. By 1910 it had branches in Napier, Gisborne, London and Wellington, and subsidiaries Needham Niven & Co Ltd and Scott Niven & Co Ltd. By 1914 there were also branches in Wairoa, Christchurch, Palmerston North and Hamilton.
