Encroachment and road stopping - administering road encroachment licenses and managing the sale of legal roads

Facilities contractor - managing the contract for WCC building maintenance services

Portfolio team - managing buildings owned by Council

Property Projects - managing construction and other one-off projects and architectural work for Council, security of all assets, staff and managing various security contracts

Specialist property services - buying and selling Council land and ground leases and managing existing ground leases

Parking - managing council's on-street and off-street parking services
