"Please find attached a poster for all WCC customer facing facilities and centres to warn people about COVID-19 and to stay away if you are unwell.

This poster means we have one consistent message across all our services and facilities. Attached is an A3 and A4 version, depending on what size works best for your facility/centre.

PLEASE ENSURE THIS POSTER IS SENT OUT TO ALL FACILITIES/SERVICES/CENTRES that you manage. Please ask managers to print this off and put this poster up at entrances today. If they don’t have printers let me know and I can get some printed and sent out to your facility also.

This poster needs to go up at the entrance of:
- Pools
- Recreation Centres
- Libraries
- Service Centre
- Community Centres
- Wellington Gardens public buildings
- Toi Poneke
- Consents team
- Club rooms at sportsfields
- Landfill and Recycling Centre
