The establishment of the Club was supported by Wellington Badminton Association. The decision of opening the Club was decided by eleven members who were present at Wellington Association's meeting on 26th April 1950. It was a decided to form a new Ladies Badminton Club on a meeting held on 10th April 1951. The notebook includes minutes, expenses financials and annual reports related to Ladies Badminton Club - 1951-1959.
