The Karori Borough Council was constituted under the Municipal Corporations Act 1886. Although various committees of the Borough Council were set up, no committee minutes appear to have survived. Minutes are arranged in meeting date order and each volume is indexed by subject matter. Volume 1 contains an index, but all other volumes are indexed separately.
