The volumes record the date of notice, the name and business of the Council meeting (ordinary or special) and the Committee, date and time served, names of members, and how serviced, i.e. delivered, posted, etc. - this last column not always filled in. Volumes 2 & 3 have pasted in notes of resolutions, notices for ordinary and special meetings of the Counci,l and lists of Committee meetings with dates and times. The notices sometimes record the business of the meeting such as resolutions to be considered and the names of Councillors notified.
