Labels also indicate that Lionel Forsdyke of the Survey section was involved and that at least some items were created about 1984, 1986 and 1990.

Thee folders contain art work for Town Planning logos: business card and letterhead, Traffic Division logo, etc. Not all materials relate to Town Planning ; there are general numerous items such as the Council crests; and other branding logos - WCC flag, Harbour Capital. Material relating to other Council sections and activities, includes logos for Economic & Business Development Unit of Legal and Property Department, Good Citizens Award, Colour The City promotion, Performance Review, Summer City, etc.

The art work not related to Wellington City Council, covers associated institutions that may have been involved in joint publications - Lambton Harbour Combined Committee, Wellington Harbour Board, Historic Places Trust, etc.
