The last few pages, for December 1904, use the Board's headed paper but with Miramar Borough written over or above the heading. The letters are from the Board's Chairman or Clerk to Board members, to government and local body officials including the Wellington Harbour Board, to local contractors, businesses, and to ratepayers.
