Planning on these issues began as part of the post-1985 Scheme work termed the District Scheme Rolling Review, and with a 1985 study and report, View Protection and Urban Form Another report, Urban Form Study, was produced in 1987. The related District Scheme Change (DSC) papers were designated DSC 1987/1, then later 1988/1 (see 00057) and contain all the legal papers - submissions, appeals, determinations, etc. This series has been created to contain these reports and associated records, such as appendices, drawings of viewshafts and cross sections, annotated, draft and final maps and plans, and photographs. Photos are stored separately for preservation reasons.
