Kia ora e te whānau. We have been notified of locations of interest for a case who had visited Wellington.
• Brentwood Hotel Kilbirnie: 7.30pm Monday 22 November to 7.30am Tuesday 23 November.
• Farmers Kilbirnie: 9am to 9.10am - Friday 26 November
If you were at one of these locations on the dates and time listed, please self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for 10 days after you were exposed. If symptoms develop, please call Healthline (0800 358 5453), your doctor or your iwi health provider to book a test. See testing locations on Health Point’s website: (https://www.healthpoint.co.nz/community-health-services/community-health/capital-coast-dhb-covid-19-community-testing/). Stay at home until you get a negative test result AND until 24 hours after symptoms resolve.
