Members had an interest in re-enacting European medieval history.
At meetings and social events, the members discussed and practiced activities incorporating almost every aspect of medieval life such as:
- a variety of dancing, music and singing
- fighting, weaponry and armour construction
- cooking and feasting
- heraldry
- calligraphy, weaving, tapestry and costuming
The Guild held regular feasts and social events, performing at a number of public events during the year. This included school fairs, community events and festivals.
