The plans have had various numbering systems used to control them. Plan numbers included in this series are W, WF, LM, SM, A, and B plans. These numbers have been recorded in the Other ID Field. At some point during the period when the Wellington Regional Council were managing water supply the plans were collated according to subject, project, or location. They were put in to folders and assigned a WF number. The folders may contain W, LM, SM, A, and B plans.
