Most of the correspondence in this series is directed towards the Town Clerk and some of the files bear the 'Town Clerk File' stamp.MediumFileSystem of ArrangementThe files covering the 1973 festival had their own unique file numbering system, however a large number of these files were re-used as part of the 1976 file system. The original 1973 material was retained, with a dividing sheet to separate it from the 1976 material, which was then placed on top, and the original file number was covered over with a blank sticker. Not all of the 1976 material consists of re-used 1973 files.

A number of new files were created for the 1976 festival. While these are stamped with the standard 'Town Clerk File' stamp, they do not have any visible numbering system.

The 1979 Festival material consists of an entirely new system of files. No files were re-used from the previous years and there is no visible numbering system.
