Most items relate to the Association early days but cease when John moved to Auckland in 1985. There is one reunion issue of the newsletter from a visit he made to the area in 2010. There are also some correspondence items which predate the association.

Items include newsletters, correspondence, photos and campaign material for the Colonial Cottage Museum (now Nairn Street Cottage).
